Welcome!

Silver Cloud Eatery specializes in making artisanal, brick-oven pizzas, and serving our community with a smile. We hope you’ll enjoy our pizza as much as we enjoy making it!

Breakfast on Saturdays

On Saturday mornings we serve New Mexican breakfast burritos, too. Come stop by on your way to the farmers market!

Menu

The Dough

Our crust is made from a 48-hour fermented dough, which gives it a delicious flavor and texture.

This fermented crust is lighter and healthier than your average pizza, leaving you satisfied without feeling stuffed.
